This project is a new mixed-use development located on a one-acre vacant site in downtown Hamilton, NY, at the intersection of Utica Street and Madison Street. The development includes 41 residential apartments with associated amenities, ground-floor retail and commercial storefront space, an interior parking garage, and additional surface parking.
Our firm provided civil engineering services for the project as a subconsultant to Maurice Walters Architect (MWA). The site utility work posed significant challenges due to the limited space and required close coordination with local utility providers to relocate and upgrade multiple public utility lines. The architectural design by MWA successfully integrated the new development into the historic character of downtown Hamilton.
