This multi-phase, multi-year project involved comprehensive site improvements to the Le Moyne College Quad, located in front of Grewen Hall. The scope included replacement of water distribution systems, domestic water, and fire services to existing facilities. Upgrades to site lighting were also completed to enhance safety and aesthetics.
The project featured the construction of a new plaza equipped with pedestal lighting and designed to accommodate event power and communication needs, providing a versatile outdoor space for campus activities.
