This site utility and improvement project involved upgrades to the underground steam distribution system between Vaults A130 and A160. As part of the CenTrio Modernization Project, a new underground electrical distribution system was constructed, featuring concrete ductbanks and vaults to enhance power reliability and capacity.
The project also included the installation of a new stormwater management system in the Hillside Parking Lot, incorporating stormwater detention to improve site drainage. Additionally, Crouse Drive underwent road and sidewalk improvements, and the Hillside Parking Lot received a full repaving to enhance accessibility and durability.
