This project involved the construction of a 6,000-square-foot head-end telecommunications equipment center. The facility features a new chilled water service connected to the campus underground distribution system, including primary and standby chilled water pumps.

Three vertical 25-ton chilled water air handling units were installed, equipped with staging controls and a dedicated common supply air plenum designed to provide redundancy, turndown capability, and precise space temperature control. Support spaces—including offices, restrooms, and utility areas—were outfitted with dedicated HVAC fan coil units and an energy recovery ventilation system, fully integrated with the building’s energy management system for optimized performance and efficiency.
