Thalia joined as an intern in May 2025 and has become an integral member of the team, supporting both engineering and operational initiatives across the firm. A graduate of Syracuse University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, she is continuing her education through a Master of Science program in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
During her time with Trivium, Thalia has led several key internal improvement projects, including the migration of over 30 years of company data into a modern database system, implementation of company-wide standards and workflows, and management of the firm's website and digital resources. She also played a central role in coordinating the company's rebranding effort, helping execute communications, marketing materials, and client outreach.
In addition to operational leadership, Thalia supports the engineering team on a variety of projects, including airflow analysis, electrical load studies, code research, equipment coordination, and field documentation. Her combination of technical expertise, organizational skills, and initiative continues to make a meaningful impact across the company.
