SCOTT KOLBECK Senior Civil Designer

Scott is a 2000 graduate of Corning Community College where he received an Associate degree (AAS) in Computer Graphics Technology (CAD/CAM). Scott joined PGPC in May of 2003.

He has served as the principal designer on numerous district steam, district chilled water, site, and site utility projects. Scott manages the civil GPS-based surveying equipment and field-collected data. He applies his expertise in CAD across various disciplines in the firm from Civil 3D in addition to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects.
